I usually don’t write reviews, but this stay was so wonderful that I feel compelled to share my experience. I had made a request when booking, and the staff kindly responded to it with great care. The front desk team, housekeeping staff, and even responses to my inquiries were all handled warmly and professionally. Everyone greeted me with a smile, and I truly felt the spirit of hospitality throughout my stay. At check-out, due to a malfunction with my phone showing the wrong time (an hour late), I ended up leaving in a rush and checked out earlier than planned. I regret not being able to properly express my thanks in person, so I’d like to take this opportunity to say thank you again. I would absolutely love to stay here again in the future. Thank you so much.

I like the reception team especially Yapu and May, they are so kind and helpful. As well the egyption man (blackish) who take our bags to the rooms. Also an egyptian lady in the reception, she was so helpful and cute.
