Staff was nice and the hotel was clean and organized better than my thoughts. A guy called Shehzad was really kind and helpful. Shehzad was a nice guy helped us alot with a smile. The manger was kind as well. He helped me to manage my booking.

The breakfast spread was really nice with good number of vegetarian options. The menu was different everyday. The service provided by the staff was very prompt. The staff members are kind. Good location with access to metro, supermarkets and restaurants.

It was an amazing experiance. The location of the hotel is on the main road itself. Near by metro station is just 7-8 mins walk away. Bus stop is right in front of the hotel. We booked the 2 Bed Seuite as we were 2 couple and it turned out to be a better option. Staff was welcoming and very sweet. There are few clubs in the hotel which are much visit. We booked our rooms with breakfast and it was delicious. Over all a wonderfull place to stay and explore the Bur Dubai Area.

I reached the hotel @5am Miss swizel and Mr showkat were so helpful that they gave me early check in the room view was also very good thanks for the good service from them
