The proximity to 2020 Expo City Station helped me save on transportation costs in Dubai, where taxis can be expensive. The breakfast was delicious with fresh vegetables and a variety of drinks. The staff who greeted me in the breakfast room every morning felt like family and it was nice to say good morning to them. The business center was always open, which made the hotel feel open and comfortable. The next time I go to Dubai, I will definitely stay at a robo hotel.

We liked new, clean and modern facilities. The location was excellent to attend the event in the Expo Center. Beautiful greeny areas and a huge dome with beautiful music playing in the evenings.

Very nice hotel situated in the core of Expo City and right near the amazing dome’s multi-sensorial experience. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was really helpful, in particular Abir who was really friendly yet professional and made me feel really welcome.

What a wonderful surprise! I arrived at 2 a.m., and Jamal at the front desk was incredible. He had communicated with me efficiently via email in the week leading up to my stay, making everything seamless. My room was lovely, complete with a balcony, and the location was perfect for the Expo conference. Bilal, who managed the bar, was exceptionally helpful, efficient, and always greeted me with a smile. The room service was excellent, and the entire staff was absolutely fantastic! Thank you!

In the middle of the Expo City, right next to the Dom - great buzz and vibes as soon as you step into the hotel. be ready to get some music in your bed-room (until 12am) - at least the side we were in... The staff very helpful and friendly, the breakfast was great with lots of different choices. Overall - a great stay and can highly recommend.

I had a great stay at this hotel. It’s clean, modern, and welcoming, with very friendly and helpful staff. The cleanliness is top-notch, and the free parking is a big advantage. However, there are a few things to note: the pool closes at 10 PM, which might be a bit early for some. If you have a car, the location is excellent—peaceful and far from noise and traffic, perfect for relaxation. On the other hand, if you don’t have a vehicle, the hotel is a bit isolated. There are no nearby grocery stores, except for a small shop at the gas station. Visiting the main monuments and events requires an average drive of around 30 km.

The hotel is placed in a futuristic area. Even if it's a little bit far from the city center (1 hour to Dubai Mall with metro) and 45 minutes with taxi from the aeroport, but you have the metro station 5 minutes walking. Only for the amazing breakfast, the hotel should be placed to a 4* stars hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious, clean every day, lots of amenities, fresh bottle of water daily, the oud smell and the great space in the reception.. all 👍 The Dom feels like avatar scene, really cool. You can buy a pass for visiting the Expo 2020. Definitely, I would choose this hotel again.
