Every staff of this hotel went far and beyond to make my stay comfortable and pleasant. I was placed on the 3rd floor at the onset and my room was changed to the 6th floor upon my request for a higher floor. My room was again changed back to the 3rd floor immediately I told them I had phobia for heights. I thought they were going to be angry with these demands but my happiness was their priority.The hotel is on the main road rigt across the road from the Creek. The view from my room was panoramic at night. It was a beautiful sight seeing the highly decorated boats sailing up and down the creek river at night. I could also see the Burj khalifa and other skycarapers from my room. The bathroom was shiny clean and the bath & shower were awesome. My room was cleaned with new beddings towels and toiltries supplied everyday unless I put the sign " do not disturb" on the door. The breakfast spread, the buffet lauch and dinner were also impressive . Thls hotel is centrally located with grocery shops, currency exchange office and various international restaurants within a walking distance. There is a Dubai big tour bus stop in front of the hotel and I found that very helpful personally. This hotel is simply a good value for Money. I will surely return to this hotel anytime I am in Dubai.

We had a small issue with the room we booked but the staff and the manager intervened immediately and even gave us an upgraded room due to availability. They were very nice and always giving us nice advice for our outings. A big thank you and recommend this place to any visitor in dubai whether its a short or long stay. Keep it up. Happy New Year 2025.

Location, Courteousness of Manager Mr. Wael Mostafa, some staff like Nazeer etc. The design and aesthetics of the hotel, Food at the cafe and restaurant is good. Accessibility to metro, abra, bus , malls, taxi etc. Creek view rooms are a visual delight...

The staff were amazing... particularly Nazeer, Emad, Zarshed & Shajin who went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable, happy and had peace of mind with leaving our luggage in storage after our stay. Comfortable rooms with all amenities. Good location and easy to book a taxi from. Bathrooms could do with a little upgrade.

I had a fantastic stay at the Riviera Hotel in Dubai! The hospitality was impeccable, starting with the thoughtful gesture of a fruit plate waiting in our room upon arrival. A special thank you to Wael, Nazir, Shajin, and Mohamed at the lobby for their exceptional assistance—they went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. I also want to appreciate the reception staff who warmly welcomed us during check-in; though I don’t remember their names, their professionalism and friendliness were memorable. Highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and attention to detail!

The view of Dubai Creek was magnificient. Dubai Frame & Burj Khalifa can be seen from our room. The staff there were friendly & very helpful. We had a flight at 0835 to Tashkent from Sharjah airport. Asked them if they can arrange transport to pick us up at 0545 cos we dont wanna be late. And they did!! Kudos to them!!
