The location was excellent, and the staff were professional, friendly, and welcoming, couldn't do enough for my wife and myself. We are definitely staying again later in the year. 100% recommend this hotel.

Best thing it;s location , you can enjoy the view of Burj Khalifa from your room and also the fountain show .Secondly it's staff very friendly and helpful . Third it's restaurant that serves awesome food , in-fact they prepared the food as per our choice for my 21 month baby which was immensely helpful to us. I thoroughly recommend this hotel if anyone is looking stay near Burj Khalifa.

Location to the Burj Kalifa, fountains, Dubai Mall & the city sightseeing bus tours was excellent. Big apartment, spacious with exceptional views. The staff are excellent and really go out of their way to cater to your needs. The executive chef and his team were absolutely phenomenal and really looked after us and our dietary requirements. Food was amazing! Omettes at breakfast was made well!

The location is perfect, downtown , walking dostance to everything around. I had a room for 4 people , but I was surprised because there were not 4 beds. So my daughter 10 years old had to sleep with us. But the management as soon as they had extra bed taking in consideration I was on New Year days and the hotel was fully booked, they delivered extra bed with no additional charge, which I appriciated a lot.
