Spacious room,well maintained,excellent food options(only fruits were not at the level of this hotel.Attentive and helpful staff,always ready to help.We had a Club room with lounge access and the food was always a pleasant surprise .

We loved our stay at Raffles Dubai. The staff go above and beyond to make your stay memorable and were so attentive and accommodating with our 18 month old daughter. It is located next door to the Wafi shopping mall which we found extremely convenient. This also includes several restaurants and a great Irish Pub! The pool area is also amazing, and as we stayed in December was never over-crowded. We look forward to being able to stay again soon.

Upgraded to a Skyline Club Room, which just added a finishing touch to the family Christmas stay. The ladies & gents in the club lounge could not do enough for us, always smiling & helpful. Rooms were spacious & very comfortable - even i managed to switch off for a day or two & forget work. The pool area was nice, though it did get busy later in the day, but the staff always tried to accommodate. In general, a wonderful, enjoyable, restful stay over the Christmas period - but the thing that makes the difference is, for sure, the wonderful staff.

Everything about the hotel, the room, the overall facilities and it's staff were fabulous. The staff really go out of their way to please and provide amazing service. Everyone we encountered were super friendly and helpful. However, a few staff members really stood out in providing exceptional service from Betty and Sheriff in the club lounge, Yasmin and Abdul at breakfast and Lovelle who despite how super busy she was always so calm, friendly and with a super smile.
