Some stuf was very nice and kind second half usualy just standing and not comunicative. Nice swiming pool view and great restaurant Romeo Lane.

The room had everything it needed, very tidy and well equipped. The breakfast was really good, I enjoyed the selection in the buffet and also that there was an option to order a few items off a menu. Staff were super friendly and nice! We arrived in Dubai very late and had given the hotel a heads up that we would be checking in around 2am - everything was ready and prepared, the check-in was sorted really quickly and smoothly, which helps after a long flight.

The location was great - close to everything you’d need in business bay. We also had a great check-in experience thanks to Phyto (misspelled).

The Staff is good! The facility offers a variety of bars and restaurants. Sun is available at pool area. Very nice gym. It is good located and offers a reasonable price for what it is.

Our family had a fantastic stay at Pullman Dubai Downtown! The hotel is in a great location, with spacious, modern rooms perfect for families. A special thank you to Obaid, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable with his warm hospitality. The highlight was the birthday surprise for our little daughter—a beautifully decorated room with balloons and a delicious cake. She was thrilled, and we truly appreciated the thoughtful gesture! Great breakfast, a lovely pool, and excellent service made our trip unforgettable. Highly recommend for families visiting Dubai!

The service was fantastic and they have given me a late checkout after a delayed flight and a 17 hour direct flight from NZ to Dubai.
