As per my sister, the female receptionist was excellent in her job and very helpful. She couldn’t remember the name but she was working in the evening.

Minimal toiletries provided. No comb, shaving kit. Staff were helpful & friendly. Shuttle bus to /from airport terminal very good. Pub/restaurant quite pricey, but the curry was great.

Always love Premier Inn. Appreciate the renovated rooms! (Except tiny surfaces with unpractical huge phone next to bed, no space for a water bottle.)

Shuttle to the airport was easy and much appreciated. It is nice that they have a restaurant so you can get a bite to eat without searching for a place. Good place to stay during transit.

Close to the airport. 24/7 Reception. 24/7 Shuttle Bus to T1 and T2. Little Cafe open 24/7 in hotel.

Clean, nice shower, quiet location. Efficient, professional staff. Lovely to have a 24/7 Costa coffee. Airport pick up (except for Terminal 2).
