Excellent location, excellent amenities and excellent staff. The roof top bar/pool has incredible views and the beach club was a pleasant surprise. All of the staff were great but mention must go to Hari the concierge.

The hotel had very tasty and varied breakfasts. Clean and spacious room. I would like to thank Ali separately for helping with all the questions. And in general the staff is very responsive and friendly. Wonderful view from the hotel pool, plenty of sun loungers.

Great location at the bottom of the palm with great beach club choices. Breakfast - choice for everyone. So much to choose from! The sports bar was great in the evenings. The tennis/padel courts were great to utilise near the hotel too Dislikes - very little bed facility at 305 by the pool for hotel guests, especially on some days when there a groups who have done a yoga morning and have paid a package deal. There are 3 or 4 lifts for over 1400 bedrooms so waiting for lifts was ridiculous. Especially on our last day trying to check out with suitcases. We had to take the stairs which was far from ideal with luggage.

Amazing infinity pool, healthy food choices on the breakfast and dinner buffet, comfortable bed, proximity to the mall and beaches. The hotel has many restaurants; we loved the seven sports bar and the rooftop bar. The bar men were very quick and courteous.
