Everything i liked. Polite and cooperative staff with positive behaviour. Nice breakfast spread. Location near Creek and Deira Gold Souk. Nice Gym facility. Budget friendly luxury hotel. I recommend this hotel for one and all for a comfortable .

Breakfast was good. Location was ok. There was a metro stop about 5 min walk. Everyone, staff, were very helpful with information.

Excellent breakfast, friendly staff. During my stay, they were renovating the rooms, but in practice, this was not a problem. Deira is the cheap area of Dubai, not luxory, but OK.

The incredible interior resembling classic Russian architecture is very nice. The staff here are very friendly and helpful. Excellent buffets, which are great value and include Russian cuisine. The lounge, bar, and nightclub are great spots for a drink, socialising, and entertainment.

Everything was perfect. The staff was exceptional..specially Shehara from the room service division and the 2 gentlemen at the pool / gym was amazing. Even the guards at the Concierge to reception to all were amazing..
