All the staff were quite friendly, welcoming and accommodating, especially Aman and Freeman who went above and beyond to ensure our stay there was pleasant and comfortable.

Great hotel, Raja in reception was extremely helpful, Mark the manager gave us late check out Clean rooms and hotel in general. Prashanthi in HK was very good . Bharat the manager met us in the floor and was very welcoming

The staff is very friendly. From the reception, Mr. Thiwanka and the ladies who were at the reception, Mr. Assim who welcomes and sees off the guests, room service and everyone else. The hotel is as pleasant as its surroundings. The breakfast is varied and delicious, there is everything for every taste. All praise for the staff.

Location is perfect! its a quick walk to the mall of the emirates and there are enough taxi's you can take and the metro is also nearby. Roomservice was fairly priced and good, the personell was kind. Rooms were nice too.

We had premium suite which was big enough for kids to play and enjoy their stay. 2 toilets. Free parking available all the time. The parking immediately infront of elevators so you can reach your room easily.
