Location is good as it is right next to the Dubai Internet City Metro Station, so it's easy to get to anywhere from along the Red Line. Staff are polite and helpful.

My overall experience was very good,however, there are a couple of things that need to be improved. The elevators are very slow, their system does not seems to be very sophisticated and it is very annoying every time you have to use the elevators. Especially when you are in Dubai for business and time matters. Breakfast could be much richer (e.g. boiled eggs, more selection of cheeses, more seletction of fruits, etc) The room (suite) was very big, with all the comforts and clean. The staff was very friendly and polite.

The staff Nazim and Zaynab were really helpful and friendly. The suite was amazing and spacious. The view from the balcony on the 28th floor was beautiful. Definitely coming back here if we got the chance but next time we will make sure to have the room at the back side as the front view on the main street was a bit noisy for us.
