The hotel is very well located, it’s well proportioned and has a perfect set up. We loved the exceptional level of service with attention to detail. It’s the small touches that really showcase a well run hotel. Food was wonderful in all the restaurants and breakfast in the Club Room with its fabulous views over Dubai was quite a treat.

It is a very beautiful and well designed hotel. the pool area is great. We arrived at 9 am and the room was ready. we also were upgraded to a see view room. everything was great at this hotel and will go back there when travelling Dubai.

This is one of the best hotels I’ve had the pleasure of staying in. The staff are absolutely amazing and the attention to detail is outstanding. Rooms are extremely spacious lovely views of the pool area.

First time ever I am giving a 10, because this hotel is top! We got a bottle of white wine in the room because we had a celebration. The bottle was still half. The next evening, without asking fresh ice in the bucket … unbelievable!
