8.6.24 Dear Mrs. Amina Afif, Good afternoon! 1. I would like to thank you for all your help 2. It was only thanks to you that we got an excellent room 3. My wife and I were treated to an excellent atmosphere at your amazing hotel "Kempinski Boulevard" from the moment we got off the taxi straight from the entrance to the hotel, we were received with respect by Mr. Amar at the front desk, and also All your wonderful staff in the dining room at breakfast, where we met a lovely employee by example named: Yosef and also the other employees, the dining room manager whose name I don't remember received us every morning in the dining room with a huge smile with greetings and a warm handshake. 5. And on the day of departure we met again with the lovely Mr. Amar, the whole check-out process was short and very pleasant 6. Dear Mrs. Afif, I remind you that we arrived at your amazing hotel, in honor of my 63rd birthday, on: 3.6.24 we returned After a trip to the room, and we found out that the hotel staff organized and decorated our room, with a cake (without sugar) everything was amazing. 7. Thanks to the hotel staff, every day we came back to an organized, very tidy room with an excellent atmosphere 8. Mrs. Afif, we really like the Kempinski hotel chain in Dubai, as I told you already, 3 months ago we were at the "Kempinski Emirates" hotel for a day The birth of our daughter, and there we were also privileged to stay at an amazing hotel, so this time we chose to stay at a hotel: "Kempinski Boulevard", a perfect hotel in everything !!! We stayed at the hotel during Ramadan, so it was a very calm and quiet stay. The staff was super friendly in all areas from the check-in to the check-out. We had a club room with an amazing view to Burj Kalifah and Dubai mall. Although the hotel is located in the very busy downtown of Dubai it is a pretty relaxing and quiet place with 3 pools whre you can rest between or after a journey. I want to highlight the service in the club longe. Prabesh and Jacob hosted us perfectly and could read every wish from our lips. The food was just great so we did not use any restaurant outside the hotel (except a BBQ-Dinner in the desert). We just can highly recommend this beautiful hotel!!!

The staff at Kempinski Boulevard were the true highlight of the stay. Every member of the team, from the reception to the housekeeping and restaurant staff, was professional, courteous, and genuinely dedicated to ensuring a perfect guest experience. Their warm hospitality and prompt service made us feel valued and well taken care of throughout our stay. Overall, Kempinski Boulevard is a five-star experience in every sense. The stay was great because of Hiba and Amina the only point I called reservation and they didn't respond to my request and they offered more price than booking it's mad me upset and they start arguing in the phone. The man in the reservation was talking so rude
