Room was the executive deluxe room(Nespresso machine, water ) which included lounge access and breakfast .The room had a wonderful layout and was larger than I expected.The lounge was being renovated and so we ended up in the Lobby at Aspen which was great.The Breakfast menu had a lot of options including great options for kids(pancakes, French toast ,eggs and waffles etc) in addition to the buffet.Location is unbeatable despite road construction , next to Mall of Emirates(direct access to the mall) with Cheesecake Factory at it's door. The room had a view of Burj ul Arab .

Hi I was not informed that the pool had been closed for renovations. Also the gym is really small for a hotel of this magnitude. And no tennis courts like the photos suggest. But other than the above a comfortable stay in a good location!

Their breakfast is trully one of the best in Dubai, they serve a varirty of dishes plus really attentive staff. They are situated inside the mall thus convieneint for shoppers. I am a repeat client, its still one of my preferred hotels in Dubai.

All the staff at breakfast rectified their mistakes which is nice to see. Room size was great. Laundry service was quick and reliable. Access to Emirates mall was very convenient. All Reception staff were brilliant and attentive.
