Thank you for the stay but I find some delay from the reservation and I ask for connection rooms but the reception team handle it very well Thanks to Ayman at the reception he is helpful

Good location - very close to Dubai Mall, you can go there through the corridor Clean rooms with all basic stuff Room service is good, food there was fine Staff is ok in general Minuses: 1)Breakfast is not good at all, when we came 10.30 it was no food, no cold cuts, we asked to bring but still was empty. Asked for coffee 4 times but staff was missing our requests, that was strange, as hotel is big and it was only few people in the breakfast. Next time I won’t pay for that. 2) really little staff to help with luggage /taxi, basically you do self service. 3) I got calls from the hotel but I didn’t authorise anyone to call me to my phone. I was in Kempinski in other locations and usually it was amazing experience, but this stay I felt like it is 4 stars and not very much value for money paid.

I had a truly wonderful stay at Kempinski Central Avenue Dubai. From the moment I arrived, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The location is perfect, offering easy access to Dubai Mall and other major attractions, yet still providing a peaceful and luxurious atmosphere. I would especially like to extend my sincere thanks and appreciation to Ms. Mayar, whose professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made my stay even more memorable. She was always available to assist, followed up with me regularly to ensure everything was perfect, and her warm hospitality truly stood out. The service, cleanliness, and overall ambiance of the hotel exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai and I will certainly return on my next trip.
