Excellent customer service throughout, from the front desk welcoming you with drinks to Gourav the bell man, to the Spa staff to the executive lounge team. Excellent all round.

Absolutely everything. The staff were so friendly and helpful and couldnt do enough for us. Our room was so lovely with very comfortable beds and a fantastic bath. The buffet almost had too much to choose from!
