Everything was perfect. I want to thank personally to Mujahid for making every breakfast and dinner to an amazing experience, our cleaning service with Sabitha and to Kathuna with the early check-in at 8 am. Looking forward for another visit at JW Mariott Marina!

One of the best hotels I've ever visited. Every little detail was taken care of the most professionally. The warmth of people that work here is amazing. I would especially point out Rayan, the head concierge who was willing to help me even on his day off. Will return next year 100%

Location, room size, view from the room, amenities in and around hotel. Proximity to Marina Mall (it is directly connected). Nora, at the reception, was super helpful, friendly and gave us a great welcome upon arrival!

Rooms were quite spacious, the connection to the mall, the pool area was fantastic. The spa session I had was also realy good. I decided to give the place another try and I have seen great improvement. Thanks to Adele, Achraf and the Duty Manager Khatuna who extended early check in plus complimentary breakfast for me and my family. The marina view room I had was really awesome. They addressed my previous concerns and I am grateful.

We had a lovely stay. The hotel is elegant and the staff did their best to make sure we enjoyed our holiday. The pool area and the view to the Marina were fantastic. JW Kitchen staff super friendly and professional. We highly appreciated the complimentary late check out to accomodate our flight schedule.

Prime location, to visit the marina and Jumeirah Beach.. Short taxi ride to various other locations. Miran on Reception was very helpful and accommodating.
