Staff were exceptionally good and friendly, overall everything exactly the way we needed, the cleaner service were excellent, the reception staffs were excellent, the pool surrounding is heaven on planet so beautiful, free water for us. Breakfast was great and we were able order out of the menu without any extra cost. The room size was big enough for the kids to play around. I enjoyed my stay and my family enjoyed it too

Our family trip turned into an unforgettable experience during our stay at Jumeirah Living at WTC from January 18-23, 2025. I booked a 2-bedroom apartment through Booking.com after reading reviews and checking pictures, and to be honest, it exceeded our expectations! From the super courteous and caring staff to the lightning-fast housekeeping service, everything was impeccable. The apartment was fully equipped with all necessary amenities, ensuring a comfortable stay. Breakfast was lavish, and the central location saved us both time and money. A special mention to their thoughtful gesture of sending a birthday cake to our room upon noticing it was my son's birthday—this truly made our stay even more memorable.

The residence was very spacious, clean, well equipped and very comfortable. The staff have been super helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very tasty, was changing every day and you could also order omelet, eggs, poached egg with avocado as part of the bufet. The view from the restaurant was amazing (30th floor looking towards Burj Khalifa). We didn't use the pool because it was a colder time but it looked nice also.

The apartment is ideal for long stay in Dubai . Duplex comes with two levels , the lower is the bedroom with its amazing jacuzzi bath the real jewel of the appartement …and the upper floor with living area and kitchen. with all amenities and specially the washing machine. It’s comfortable, clean ,homy and spacious. ,all services from coffee and tea serviced and replaced daily. The internet is reliable and fast . All the staff are professional, always welcoming and helping .my special thanks to Mr Badr and Milad who had done their best to make my stay comfortable. .
