The staff from the door man to the house keeper, the lift man, the restaurant breakfast staff and the new arab cafe were amazing. Our house keeper Sajjad Hussain from floor 37 was absolutely a delight to have looking after us. Sajjads house keeping was excellent and on top form and exceeded the professionalism of an house keeper who took pride in his work and his clients. We couldn't have a better hospitable member of staff like Sajjad and his manager who we met personally Vandana was also a truely dedicated and professional member of the hotel. Vandana came to see us also other managers as i gave my water bottle to Sajjad to wash out in the hotel kitchen but without prejudice my bottle got damaged in the dishwasher which was NO fault of anyone's especially Sajjad. Me and my son were so grateful to have a replacement and given a bottle of the iconic future museum. Schilly and her colleague were also amazing and very friendly at the breakfast restaurant and wished my a belated happy birthday. This was our first ever visit of Dubai and i can honestly say there will be many more and would love to stay at theumeirah Emirates Towers hotel again thanks to the great and professional Service of all the staff. One thing i would suggest is that the women's staff uniform to be changed to something lighter in weight although they all look so good. I have given my suggestion to the new Arab cafe to have sign outside to say everyone are welcome as my son and i thought it was only for VIP's.

The hotel’s location is great. The lobby and boulevard had many shops, salons and facilities which we really liked. Room was clean and room service food was good. We got a surprise chocolate plate with a message of “Happy New Year” on it, which we really appreciated.
