All guests including children staying at Jumeirah Dar Al Masyaf are required to present original valid identification upon check-in, which may be either a passport or GCC/UAE National ID.Please note that room rates on 31 December include a dinner for two adults and two children. Extra guests will be charged separately.Please note that for single room bookings of 3 adults and 1 child, where occupancy is also suited for 2 adults and 2 children, no additional bed can be added due to space restrictions. Bookings will be accommodated using the existing bedding; a King or Twin bed(s) and a sofa bed.Please note that selected restaurants participating in half board include supplementary charges on selected food items. Amazing location, well developed with great facilities and restaurants. Pad Thai restaurant has best Tom Yam outside of Thailand 😊

The hotel leaves nothing to be desired. The staff is very courteous and helps you at any time, also the communication between the staff runs very well, so you have to mention any wishes only once. The breakfast and the location as a whole is insane. Also our personal butler Lama helped us at any time and gave us valuable tips. The room was cleaned several times a day, so in total the hotel is top.

Very attentive staff, especially the butlers in our villas. Praise goes to Santiago, Anisa and Lucia. My wife was not feeling well and they went above and beyond to assist with medical and other arrangements. I also really enjoyed the abra (boat) rides offered by the hotel to go around the property and the breakfast at Al Qasr.
