Very clean and spacious throughout. Staffing logistics and communication was superb. Managed to accommodate varied guest in ocean view room, suite and villa. All in all, a fantastic stay that was stress free

Very comfortable. This time it was croudy, but this is what hotels do, so it's not a real problem. Food is always very good, so it's may be bad for your body, but good for your mind. Staff is very very helpful. I wish them all the best.

The hotel has basically everything you need. Beach, swimming pools, kids club and a lot if activities.

Excellent hotel, child friendly and attentive to details. The main pool was heated and the restaurant was very good. The room was big and suitable for 4. Upon check in at 2AM we had to wait for over 45 min to get our luggage. I called reception twice to ask for the luggage as we had small kids who needed to sleep. It would be advisable to instruct your staff not to speak Russian to everyone by default. Not cool at all.

Staff attention, cleanliness, quality of services, variety of leisure activities for both adults and children, variety and quality of food, quick and detailed response to any request for information or service. Very complete and very serious hotel. We will definitely come back.
