All guests including children staying at Jumeirah Al Naseem are required to present original valid identification upon check-in, which may be either a passport or GCC/UAE National ID.Please note that for single room bookings of 3 adults and 1 child, where occupancy is also suited for 2 adults and 2 children, no additional bed can be added due to space restrictions. Bookings will be accommodated using the existing bedding; a King or Twin bed(s) and a sofa bed.Please note that selected restaurants participating in half board include supplementary charges on selected food items. So far the best hotel we stayed in, at least in Dubai. Staff members are on another level, amazing territory, room is a state of art and just the best beach I’ve seen in the city.

We had a young baby with us and couldn’t get into to mat of the restaurants, because we had a child and didn’t have a nanny to mind the baby, it’s meant to be a family hotel yet three of the main restaurants don’t let kids in !! Flamingos, IIL borro and shimmers all wouldn’t let us book a table, which is so bad when we have paid good money to stay in your hotels yet we can’t use the food restaurants. No one wants to eat buffet food nightly just because you have a baby. ! Please sort this issues out or you will lose business from us., as we won’t be coming back.

Hotel is clean and beautiful. Great location and lots to do. Many restaurants with great food. Employees are very friendly and helpful. Kids club is amazing. We had the best vacation ever!

One of the best holidays that we ever had. It was our second time here but first with our 2yo kid. The staff was amazing, everyone was so polite, nice, helpful and smiling. The food was insanely delicious. The pools, the beach, every small detail is more than perfect. JAL is the best hotel in Dubai even more If you are coming with your kids.
