the people working there were very kind, very good food. the food at the Indian was absolutely amazing. met lots of nice people. large and nice rooms. the spa was also very good. The children loved kid Club. was also in the stables, which was great fun for the children. both children got to ride and had a lot of fun with it.

JA Palm Tree Court is a beautiful resort with stunning natural scenery and lot of peacocks 🦚 . It offers a wide range of amenities and activities including the exciting Pirates and Mermaids Club for kids. 💫 The highlight of the resort is the water park area (Just Splash) designed for both kids (above 100 cm in height) and adults. The water park features three thrilling slides and a giant water bucket that tips every 4-5 minutes, adding to the fun-filled experience. Also, the villa and restaurant staff are very friendly and courteous. 🥰 💓 The beaches are quite long and clean with lot of beach beds. There are plenty of restaurants and bars around the premises. The checkin and checkout process and service was convenient and quick. The room was comfortable and huge. Majority of the rooms have balcony overlooking the garden or/and beach 🏖️ . Breakfast was good and had wide range of varieties with many options for vegetarians. Buggy service was quick to travel across the property which is actually quite big and one of the largest in Dubai I believe. Recommended 👍🏻🤗

Just about everything. The staff, the view, the animals, the activities, the venues and food, the location, all amazing. It feels like you're resting in your own bubble away from the world. The only thing I regret is how short the stay was.

Having loved in the UAE for 13 years, this is one of the best hotels for families. The mini golf, horse riding, multiple swimming pools, beach club and kids club are great. The staff here are amazing and took an interest in the kids chatting and smiling at every opportunity.

Amazing staff service, especially Club Car drivers, Bab, Babu and Raju! The resort's location is great and a beautiful landscape everywhere. Food is good, service is super and always friendly and smiling staff. The water park is a must visit for families with kids. Beach is not that great but understandable. Extensive facilities everywhere and very nice heated pools.
