Staff were very helpful and friendly. The complimentary iced lemon tea was a nice touch at the onset of my booking. Location right by the Dubai Creek Walk is great, will get better and better as the area becomes more populated with shops and the mall. The roof-top infinity pool was great. Cleaning/ laundry was very thorough. Might be specific to my floor/ room but the view overlooking the Dubai Creek, airplane take-offs from DXB was great.

10 min walk to metro. Very modern and clean hotel. Food and service in the hotel Bistro was excellent! Staff went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable. Moved us to another room when our neighbour smoked in room next door. Receptionist at front desk ensured we were allocated a room shortly after we arrived at 10:30 am. And did not charge for early check in.

The staff at breakfast were amazing especially the twins. The buffet breakfast was delicious and the avocado toast was so pretty. Good location for a few nights whilst recovering from our flights.

Dog friendly. We wanted a staycation with the dogs. Staff were great, facilities good, terrace had a nice view & was enclosed. It was also right in the canal, which was great for walking the dogs.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel in Dubai! Everything was incredible – from the impeccable facilities to the warm and attentive staff who went above and beyond to make my stay unforgettable. The hotel's location is also strategic, making it the perfect choice for exploring the city. A special thanks to Rajjak and Jabbar for their exceptional care and attention. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return! :)

Modern, clean and very cozy hotel with cool design. The staff at reception are extremely friendly. I can definitely say that this is one of the best places, value for money, I have stayed in Dubai. The hotel is located in a place that inspires. The Jameel Arts Center is very close by in walking distance - I highly recommend going there and visiting the exhibition of contemporary artists called "Three Tired Tiger", which will definitely not leave you indifferent to the animal world that exists with us in the cities and surrounding areas. In addition, the large Mohammed bin Rashid Library is very close by. Will definitely come back soon, Insha Allah
