Everything was perfect. Location, spacious room, friendly staff & cleaned room everyday. Near to Metro station, Al Ghurair Mall & near to the airport. Highly recommended hotel. Special mention to AbiRahm always smiling when we had our breakfast.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was really nice and clean and very peaceful. There were all necessities available. Room service was good but could be a little faster.

we left behind currencies inside the locker which we left open after taking out our passports and stuff. forgot to pick up currencies in an envelope by oversight. the Hotel staff security officer MrKshitiz Kattel had secured the envelope and promptly done everything to ensure the cash is returned to its rightful owners. A dear friend in dubai reached the Hotel today and picked up the currencies after due identification. I am simply amazed at the sincerity and honesty of the Hotel staff. hats off to the Hotel team . please highlight this in Hyatt’s reviews.
