The fine print
Please note guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. The credit card must match the one used to guarantee the booking. To guarantee any charges during the stay, including the Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 20 per room per day, the guest must present a valid credit card in their name. The hotel will pre-authorize an amount to cover the charges, and if the billing exceeds this amount, additional authorization will be required. The credit card will only be charged for the actual amount of the bill upon check-out, and any unused pre-authorized amount will be released by the hotel after departure.Children up to 18 years old stay free (with existing bedding) when sharing a room with a paying adult on a room only rate. But not exceeding the maximum occupancy of the room type booked. Bed & Breakfast, Half Board and Full Board bookings are only inclusive of meals for paying adults, children under 5.99 years eat for free from the children’s menu when accompanied by a paying adult. Children aged 6 to 12 enjoy a 50% discount on Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner buffet at an additional charge.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Almost everything was excellent. Good location, perfect view, music. sunbeds area near the entrance - we liked it the most to take sun bath, private beach was also nice and not crowdy. It is very good that with halfboard plan we could choose restraunt for lunch and dinner, as well as what to take every day - lunch or dinner. Very comfortable bed. Perfect room cleaning. And much more.

Great location, very good breakfast (variety and quality). We visited Hilton in December, stayed in a delux room with very comfortable twin beds with view and balcony. The staff is very polite and helpfull from the doormens to the reception and the travel desc. There was a misunderstanding about our pick up-from airport-service and the travel desc offered us the service to drive us to the airport for free. This is a small sign of balance between profit and quality.

Check-in was quick and seamless. We arrived early and were assisted with early check-in. Hotel looks beautiful and breakfast was good. Overall friendly hotel staff who are eager to assist.

Staff were fantastic from the concierge, to the front of desk staff, the pool staff and restaurant staff couldn’t do enough. The hotel is perfectly located on the beach front giving access to a wide walkway infront of all of the hotels. Access to Monorail and Trams are a 10min walk. The hotel is a lively bubbly place but not too crowded.
