Very clean as always. The most professional friendly staff. Great location. It gets better even though it's sometimes very busy. All the staff were great during our stay. Lovely birthday decorations in the room. Thank you for the great stay as always.

We were pleasantly surprised by the staff’s willingness to accommodate us. Although prosecco wasn’t included in the lounge we had paid for, the staff kindly arranged it for us. Overall, the hotel offers decent value for the price, which is great for Dubai standards.
