Quiet location. Spacious rooms, no defects of any sort. Super clean. Super comfortable mattress and pillows. . The AC is very efficient. Hot & Cold water in the shower can be regulated to your comfort and water pressure is perfect. The water gets hot very quickly (in less than 5 seconds), this is very impressive. Amazing team. Any request or complain the guest may have is taken care of with high attention and utmost cooperation until the guest is satisfied. During the very first stay I had at Grand Kingsgate, for some reason, everything went wrong with me - on this occasion, I must highlight the exceptional performance of Mr. Charlton (Front Desk Manager) in handling complex issues with high respect, thoughtfulness, professionalism, integrity and accountability. I, with all confidence, testify that Charlton went above and beyond every expectation, a true knowledge of hospitality in every aspect. The team at reception are so welcoming and so quick. Housekeeping team are very supportive and respectful, but refused to get me additional drinking water to the room! This was a bit weird.

Value for money, location, Iftar (evening meal)) and very hospitable & supportive staff at reception and restaurant. Food was really nice especially the fish and steam chicken.

Front desk staff Danica, Maria, Michelle, Chandra, Marwa and Altaf were very welcoming, friendly and very helpful. House keeping staff Abid and Krishna were very professional and prompt in service as well. Overall a very good stay experience. Great value for money. Highly recommended for business travelers.
