This was our second visit to the same hotel within 2 years and as usual they did not disappoint. Staff members remembered us and we had a very very similar room to last time. Everything was amazing as always and this is definitely our go to hotel in Dubai 100%, Always recommending this hotel to friends and family. Can't wait to go back and stay...

We had an amazing stay at Grand Hyatt Dubai! The hotel is huge, with impressive facilities and top-notch service. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary cake and some lovely décor for our wedding anniversary—such a thoughtful gesture! A special thanks to Sugumar for ensuring our stay was comfortable. He even offered cake and candies a day before we checked out. The in-room dining staff went above and beyond by preparing congee for my little one, even though it wasn’t on the menu. The food was great, and their tea was fantastic! The concierge service was excellent—always greeting us with a smile and happy to help. The staff were well-behaved, friendly, and answered all our questions about check-in, rewards, and concessions. Overall, it’s an awesome place to stay, and we’ll definitely be back! Highly recommended!

We had a great holiday! The service in the restaurant was always friendly and very helpful. The food was always fresh and delicious, there was a very large selection of dishes. We particularly liked the desserts, Pizza & Fresh Juices. The Crepé Station was perfect with plenty choice of toppings. Breakfast and dinner were both excellent. We had a large room that was always clean and was cleaned daily. We would especially like to give a big Thanks to Jung the lifeguard in the indoor pool area. He was very friendly and we and our son felt very safe. He always gave us fresh towels and made an effort to make us feel comfortable. We enjoyed going there to swim. The outdoor pool area is also very good and heated. Pool staff was very friendly as specially the sunglasses cleaner. Location is very good Creek Park, Wafi Mall are even in a walking distance. Everything was very good we would come back once the Water Park is ready for opening.

The EMIRATES flight was late arriving in Dubai and organised taxi (Booking .com) driver waited resulting in our arrival at 2am The hotel could not allow us to check in to our room until 4-45am - the TV programmes / films were limited however now for the excellent aspects Food choice EXCELLENT Room (941) environment EXCELLENT STAFF extremely helpful, interested in our stay and a delight PROXIMITY to METRO approx. 10 min walk TAXIS constant availability
