The hotel is located an approximately 20min taxi ride from the Dubai Mall (Burk Khalifa), which makes it a bit more affordable. What we liked the most were the breakfasts with a lot of fresh fruit and juices. Furthermore, it has its own Starbucks, if you crave for a big coffee. There is also a nice roof pool (we did not use in winter). We also enjoyed the roof dinner during Ramadan which was fabulous.

Fantastic Stay! I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The gym is well-equipped with all the necessary machines and weights, making it perfect for a great workout. The rooftop pool and lounge provide a relaxing atmosphere with stunning views—definitely a highlight of my stay. A special thanks to Diana for her professional and helpful service. She truly made my experience even better! Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, great facilities, and excellent service.

The hotel looks gorgeous, the rooms are very spacious and they are also modern-looking, the bathrooms are also nice. The staff is very friendly and hospitable, always willing to help out, especially the waiters at the restaurant, they were extremely accommodating and nice, even though it was very crowded sometimes and maybe not always the fastest service, but very attentive and kind. The pool looks also very good, is big and clean. Cleaning was done daily in the rooms and everything was very good with this aspect, sheets were changed every 2 days and towels daily or almost daily.

The hotel lies in Al Barsha area, 300-400 m from the metro station. The area is still developing and there are empty plots here and there. The breakfast is spectacular! The staff is always at hand, ready to help and smiling Our room was huge and so was the bathroom.

Incredible service from the entire staff, from reception to information, the dining room, and housekeeping. The breakfast was varied, complete, and of very good quality. The room was impressive, both in size and cleanliness and amenities. They fulfilled our requests at all times, going out of their way to resolve any issues. The location is not in a very attractive or touristy area, but it is very close to the metro, allowing easy access in any direction.

The location of the hotel is great for us. It is close to the Insurancemarket Metro Station which is very convenient for us to go to the Dubai Mall on one end and the JBR on the other. The shuttle bus service to the MOE and the two beaches is excellent for us. Our room was big, the sitting area was big and the beds were big. Everything was clean. Both the breakfast and the buffet dinner were great with a very good balance between vegetarian and non-vegetarian, western and Arabic. The staff who served us showed great hospitality. We would definitely choose this hotel when we visit Dubai again.
