Personnel was super helpful and professional all the time. Whether we need to change twin into double room or extend the stay due to late flight departure - always without problem. Water in pool, during the colder months is heated. 32C always -superpleasant and convenient with kids. Location, metro and taxi availability. Close to many Dubai attractions.

The overall property is good. The staff was very cordial and accommodating from the checkin to check out. Special thanks to Pooja and Ivy for ensuring that our specific breakfast preferences were accommodated which was a blessing. Location wise it was convenient to go around places. Excelent hotel! We ordered food in the room and it came in 2 steps: one complimentary desert (super tasty cake and an apple) and then the delicious dish we actually ordered. The portion was huge (for 2 people), fresh and hot. Cleaning was again great! Excellent location, parking nearby. The staff and the overall experience with the hotel was beyond our expectations and this is one of the many hotels we've stayed in during our holidays.
