Overall we were very satisfied. One minus is for the breakfast. We were expecting a bit more variety. It’s okay, if it’s the same selection every day, but there should be more options and meals to choose from, like more fresh fruit and more pastries etc. Also if you are going somewhere to be in time, make sure you get to the elevator in advance as at certain times we were waiting for the lift even 10 minutes, so at the end we just gave up and used the stairs instead (We stayed in 26th floor, cannot imagine staying in the higher floors :D) One more thing - absence of hair dryer in the room. I have never experienced not having the hair dryer in the room. We had to call the reception and when the staff delivered it, he told us to call when we are done so he can take it away. He came in like 30 minutes if we are done yet. To be fair though when we asked for it second time, the lady told us we can keep it. Other than that we were very satisfied, especially the Iftar dinner in the highest floor-that was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend to go there for dinner - the view is amazing. The staff was helpful and kind.

The valets are very nice as long you pay them every time, otherwise they start being very mean and arogants, also we booked at the 70th floor and they gave us a 50th floor room not the one we booked and paid for it, they don’t clean the room, they don’t bring you new towels and the ones they have Thei are not white anymore, they are kinda grey, also if you book it for these amazing view, don’t, because the windows are not cleaned and if u want to make a photo you’ll see all the dust. And if you want to go on the top floor even just to make a photo you have to buy from the restaurant from minimum 100 aed per person or 250 just to make a photo

Booked Burj Khalifa view. We had a great view but the glass was very dirty from outside. Staff was very useful. They made special arrangement for our family. Thanks to restaurant manager and the staff who made it special.
