Gateway beats the high end hotels hands down. A more personal service from all staff than a large hotel. Such a central accessible area full of great eateries serving fresh food as is the hotel dining room. All staff are so friendly and professional and valued by the guests.

The restaurant staff try their best to accommodate different dietary requirements. The chef provided soya milk for my tea - I am a vegan - and said he would happy adapt the menu for any special requests. The rooms are large, airy and tidy. The swimming pool on the roof terrace is medium sized but still large enough to swim lengths. The gym had adequate equipment and is tidy. The location is excellent - in the heart of vibrant Meena Baazar. When in Dubai again we would love to stay here

We had a wonderful stay at Gatteway Hotel with excellent service and hospitality. The staff were really very caring and helpful. Moreovet, the breakfast was very good and we enjoyed a variety of delicious food.
