Staff were helpful and pleasant. They were always trying to do their best for you. Bedroom was lovely and spacious. Facilities are very good. Beach staff were alwats seeing if you wantd something.

At the arrival the people at the door are so welcoming and smiling that you already feel good 🙏🏻 The check in was very quick... The concierge worked superb 5🌟s Davide, Pier especially worked very hard for our restaurant reservations and Mariana also made a great effort for a last minute reservation at Il Borro 🌸 The rooms were spacious, beautiful, clean had all facilities... Loved the tiny steam iron👌🏻 On our arrival date we had a little snack at the Shai Lounge had a great service from Mert. The breakfast was "wow" though I am not a breakfast person I had a blast:) Everything was delicious and various kind of foods to choose👏🏻 Overall all the staff that we have met here and there during our stay were nice, helpful, respectful, smiling which is the most important thing for me....

From the moment we arrived, Sherif, the Front Office Manager, welcomed us with charm and genuine warmth, setting the tone for our entire stay. A special mention goes to Shadi, who went above and beyond to assist my partner in planning the perfect proposal. Thanks to his thoughtful care and attention to detail, our engagement was nothing less than magical—an experience we will cherish forever. Every member of the team, from the pool to the beach staff, delivered exceptional service with such grace and attentiveness. beautiful resort, large and comfortable rooms, nicely decorated. Lobby and bar area top notch decoration, employees super nice and helpful, from director to the doorboys, always in a good mood. Breakfast in- and outside seatings, buffet delicous Pool area relaxing and green, beachside very Dubai-like feeling Location is next to 5 top Dubai restaurants
