I loved their nice and quite pool and the staff were super friendly and respectful. The food was great. The location of the hotel is ok, far away from the Marina Dubai. At Burj and mall you can go by metro, which is a 2-minute walk from the hotel, or taxi, which is cheap. There is a cafeteria nearby with very good desserts, coffee, and sandwiches. Also a nice Lebanese restaurant and a pub.

Staff were excellent, very courteous and knowledgeable. Breakfast assortment was very good. The location was very close to the Green line metro station which was a big plus exploring the city.

Breakfast was very tasty. Had buffet dinners one of the nights and it was very good as well. Hotel is clean and staff extremely polite and helpful. Definitely worth the money.

I liked everything about this hotel, we stayed just for 3 nights but arrived early and departed late in the day and they successfully met all my expectations and indulged every request I made to the staff. The room was pretty nice and with a nice view to the new harbour. The position is also pretty good because it's not far away from the airport but still it has metro station really close, so you can take it and in no time you''ll be close to the beach and old city. Loved the breakfast, the pool and the gym which I used 2 mornings.

Visually not as flashy as many properties in Dubai are, but a wonderful hotel which exceeded our expectations and we were lucky to stay there. Room was adequate in size, clean and comfortable. Breakfast at the FORM was by far the best of all during our stay in the UAE. Location was great in the sense that Al Jadaf metro station is literally two minutes on foot away and you can see it the moment you leave the hotel. Staff were great in every respect. I don't see us coming to Dubai again, but if we ever do, FORM will always be the place to stay at.

We stayed at this hotel twice. On arrival in Dubai and on departure. So I won't repeat the same review twice. If someone is really interested in it, they can find it easily. Suffice it to say, a great stay. Worth every cent we paid for it.

Hotel was really clean and modern, staff was amazing and helpful, especially guy working at pool! Breakfast was great and was different every day, which i appreciate a lot! Pool was warm, gym was open 24/7, and for the price, there's not a lot of places that have all of these.
