* Breakfast was great for me, it has everything I love for breakfast * Mortada in the reception is a great guy, he gave me a better room without even asking (more space) * The staff are great, I like Amit the supervisor/manager in the restaurant area. There was also a very friendly waiter in the restaurant I can't remember her name but she was very very nice and responsive * The location is excellent * cleanliness of the hotel is great as well and the room size is really big

It was one of the best options I had as a business traveller in Dubai. Location is good. Service and staff were very good . Room was large and super comfortable.

The room was spacious and well appointed. The hotel is next to the Mall of the Emirates and behind the property there are many eateries. The hotel breakfast was average.

The entire staff is super friendly and the rooms were great! Very spacious and clean. Location's very central, super easy to find a taxi or just walk over to the metro station in the Mall of Emirates

Hotel is in a good location next to The Mall of Emirates. It is good value for money and the rooms are nice for the price you are paying.

Staff at the hotel were very accommodating and friendly, they handled every request. The breakfast option is good and relatively good priced. The hotel is within walking distance to the Mall of the Emirates and the train station. It is on a busy road, but the sound isolation is good and you don't hear the traffic.

This hotel is a great stay! Good location, about 10 mins walk to one of the two metro stations in the area. The breakfast was various and delicious. The staff was very kind and always willing to help. Room was very clean and comfortable. The pool/spa area were a great choice for that time of the day when you wanted to relax. Bonus: the hotel provides a bus that can take you to Kite beach in the morning and back to the hotel, and another route for another Bazaar.

Location was great, near to metro station to get around. Also next to the Mall of the Emirates, so plenty of shops and food options nearby.
