This is applicable for every individual staying in the room or visiting, without exception. No other ID cards including soft copy of the aforementioned ID cards are accepted as per legal requirements. Physical Driving license is accepted only for UAE Nationals.

Noise Policy We have no loud music policy post 10 pm. We would request you to please refrain from playing loud music in or outside your room after 10 pm to avoid inconvenience to other guests and residences.
Speaker Policy Speakers whether small or big are not allowed to be carried to any room category. The same can be stored under storage at bell desk.
Non-smoking / Shisha Policy Smoking inside any room category is strictly not permissible. An ashtray is provided should you wish to smoke outside on your balcony / terrace. Shisha is strictly not permissible inside the room in the balcony / terrace. This policy is strictly enforced, any guest found in breach of the hotel’s non-smoking policy will be charged penalty fees of AED 1000 (minimum charge).
Damage Policy All items in the room are available for purchase. Should any item be taken from the room on departure or anything found damaged, the price of the item will be charged to the credit card on file.
Car Parking Self-parking is not permissible. We have valet services operational 24 hours for your assistance.
