becuase our flight arrives at midnight, we checked in at very early morning of the second day. The staff Mr.Safeer was very nice to offer us complimantary late check-out, and he also helped us book taxi and move the luggages, he was very warm and kind and be there to help.

Everything is alright, the only issue i face is when i order food delivery the hotel will not allow the delivery man to go up to my room and they will not send the food to my room and they dont even call me to tell me that my order arrived, i must go by myself to pickup from the street.
