Hospitality of the staff. Staying there was a pleasure. The location is great, food was exceptional and view at Burj Khalifa from 33th floor was a cherry on top.

Staff excelent, especially bellman, doorman, storekeeper, I really like how they work in this position. I am waiting for delivery paied chocolate, but it didnt come so they helped me to send SMS and call them. Thank you very much. the equipment in the room is a bit old. But is very clean.

The spacious rooms and the hotel breakfast was amazing and the pool and views were excellent! The staff were so attentive and very kind and helpful. The prayer room was beautiful and the shuttle service is perfect for young families to enjoy their days in Dubai. I would like to thank all the staff for their hard work and kindness shown to me and my husband and three young children and I would 100 per cent recommend this hotel and would stay again in the future at Dusit Thani Dubai
