The location and spacious look. They didn’t over clutter the space and had almost everything a dam would need. Though it took me 2 days to explore as there was no guide no person to share details. We just got card in apartment n stepped in but rest it was an amazing apartment.

The apartment was amazing, clean, spacious and the views of the Burj Khalifa are spectacular. We stayed at the apartment as a family and thoroughly enjoyed our stay, will definitely book again.

We stay one night and it was perfect. Great location and great view to Dubai fountains,Burj Khalifa and Dubai mall. Also very close to all of them by short walking. There is good supermarket near by to by all your needs. I wish we could stay longer but we had a flight to catch so probably next time we will come back. Thank you Jawad for your assistance with everything.

Fantastic View (must get the apt with "Spectacular 2 bedroom fountain view / Kalifah". Air conditioning good. Nice apartment with good kitchen and Cable / Satellite TV Reception to assist you. Excellent cooled parking (unlike other apartments with hot garage). Food market nearby. 20 - 25 minute walk to Dubai Mall, even though only 600 meters away. (have to go around complex).

I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Mr. Jawad for his exceptional service. He proactively reached out to us before our arrival, during our stay, and even after we departed to ensure everything was perfect. The apartment offered a pleasant view of the swimming pool and was well-maintained. The gym was spacious and equipped with excellent facilities.

The staff were so kind and courteous. The location and the view of the apartment were EXCELLENT AND OUT OF THIS WORLD. The APPLIANCES and furniture were complete. Internet service is just okay. The building security is good and it made us feel safe. Overall experience was great
