The staff were accommodating - there’s ongoing construction surrounding the area and they did their best to provide a room with less noise and better views ; A for effort.

- friendly staff - amazing breakfast with a huge choice - underground free car park - shops exactly on the other side of the street -free shuttle buses I was in touch with hotel before asking to get a room with a nice view as this is me and my husbands anniversary. I was told that they will do their best to make our stay unforgettable however I got room on the 3rd floor with not the greatest view. Moreover don't hope for seeing Burj Khalifa from the roof. This was one of the reasons I've booked this hotel and unfortunately on arrival it turned out there is a tall building in front of it completely destroying the view. Therefore I would recommend to update pictures from the swimming pool area.

I communicated that my arrival is late in the evening, but I received continues call checking whether I'm coming or not Was disturbing The waiting queue at the breakfast launch was inconvenient

Accomodation was great, breakfast too but the in house restaurant was very bad. I even got a spoiled beer and the meal was also not very tasty…

The hotel is great. I was there for the third time. The location is close to the metro. All the staff are very helpful. The chef and the coffee maker (the best) are an additional reason for our visit.

The Staff is always attentive and ready to help. Even the hotel is crowded. They are always smiling and taking care of every customer. The location is very convenient The breakfast selection is very good. Pool is nice. Nice amenities.

We arrived hours before our check in time (about 7.30 am) due to our flight from Australia arriving in the early hours. The staff kindly checked us in almost straight away. We were so grateful for that courtesy as we had been in the air for more than 14 hours and were exhausted. The breakfast is amazing - so much variety and everything really delicious. Metro station is close by and the hotel has courtesy buses that take you to the beach and the Dubai Mall.
