The hotel is of close proximity to the metro station and loads of restaurants, spas, and other shops around. The staff like April in reception, Asif, and Saeed in housekeeping are very helpful. The breakfast was quite good, and loads of food options.

The property was great and the location it’s placed is very central. Close to metro stations and mall of the emirates. Plenty of restaurants around. The staff at Donatello were very friendly and supportive.

The room was upgraded for free and the staff were amazing. The reception girl Aasmata was very polite and super helpful amazing girl. The security staff Zabi Ullah Khan was really nice guy and always helpful.

I usually come to the Emirates. And I can guarantee this establishment as one of the best in terms of service. The reception team always on top and smiling (special mention for tarik) Cleanliness with a team always attentive. Security always polite and friendly (special mention for the only woman in security). I really recommend See you soon! Insha’allah.

The staff were amazing and hotel was great. The location is not far from Marina and not far from Burj Khalifa. The metro is 5 minutes walk and only costs 5aed each time you use it. I love the local restaurants tasty restaurant it is the best, so are other food places. Low cost.
