Excellent staff - professional, well presented and helpful. Thank you! Immaculately clean - high standards of cleanliness in room, communal areas and pool. Decent gym - convenient machines and free weights. Easy access to metro, abundance of restaurants. Peaceful ambience in hotel, no alcohol is served and this has a positive effect. This is particularly welcome in the pool area, which is a really relaxing space with calming background music. Room amenities excellent, small items, easily forgotten when travelling, are provided, making for a stress free experience.

The staff were lovely apart from the main female receptionist, who seemed curt. The area had mainly Philippine inhabitants, though the hotel has mainly Arabic guests but staff spoke good English which was helpful. The breakfast was great and the room quite large, king supreme with a balcony, which was noisy if the doors were open, till late as the area comes to life at night.
