the location was awesome close to shopping outlets and the metro. the staff especially Adhams at the reception was awesome he ensured our stay was comfortable and heavenly. Then Anas, did a great job in cleanliness the room was always sparkling. As for breakfast everyday we were spoilt of choice and the food was delicious!

Great location, close to the airport. Just two stops and you're there with a 4 minute walk from the metro station. The breakfast is good and has a wide choice. The room is very nice and the pool area too. Pay attention that the hotel is close to a Mosque. Therefore in my case at 04:25 am in the morning the morning prayer went of and that woke me up. So if you're a lite sleeper like me maybe it is smart to request a room at the other side.

Friendly and helpful staff. Room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Hotel is close to the metro. Unfortunately, I did not have time to try out the gym and pool facilities. I'm going to stay here again next time I'm in Dubai.

I am very satisfied, the hotel is the best location in the Deira area. I was very nicely welcomed by Mr. Luxman and Miss Payam at the reception. I got an upgrade and rooms on Suite. Thank you very much for the service and food in the hotel and the cleanliness is top , thank you for everything and I hope to see you again soon greating from Austria.

" I had a wonderful experience at Copthorne Hotel Deira". From the moment I arrived, i was given Room free upgrade, the reception staff especially (Ahmed) was so helpful, provides anything you ask for. the staff was welcoming, professional, and always ready to assist. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making my stay truly relaxing. The hotel's amenities and services exceeded my expectations, and the attention to detail was remarkable. A special thank you to the housekeeping (Anas) for keeping everything spotless. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!"

The bed and the pillows were extra comfortable, I slept so well. The bathroom was big, we had both a bath and a walk in shower. The towels were changed everyday but you could leave them on the rail which would mean you want to use them again, which i found a nice effort to be more green. The complimentary bottle of water was appreciated. We booked the room for 3 separate beds and when we arrived, two beds were pushed together and made as one. When we complained, they immediately sent someone to solve this mistake and we had no problems after! It was an easy fix. We could leave our bags at the reception before and after checking in as we were early after the airport upon arrival, and had way later flights than our check-out time.
