Per local law, all guests staying at the hotel must present a valid original passport, Emirates ID (for UAE residents) or original National ID card from GCC countries ( Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Saudi Arabia and Qatar) upon check-in. Kindly note that the credit card used to make the booking will be required upon check in for verification, in the absence of this credit card the hotel will ask for full payment at the time of check-in. Please note that the minimum age to register and check in at the hotel is 18 years old as per UAE law. Please note the Child breakfast rate is AED 20 per day, charges are additional to the room rate booked. Please note that a pre-authorization of first night will apply on the provided credit card at the time of booking. CityMax location is great. About 3 minutes wake to Mall of emirates and that's where you get the metro. Rooms are clean, air-conditioned works perfectly, wifi was stable, helpdesk staff was helpful , room tv had youtube.

The rooms are quite small , but very nice . In smoking rooms it's possible to open window. There are connecting rooms for a family. The soundproof is amazing 😍 Special thanks for a person ( I believe his name is winum ) who made the check in for me and gave late check out . Also made my stay special.
