I loved how the staff mad me feel comfortable and safe specially a young man named Tanim. It being the first country for me to explore they taught me all i need to know. They went out of their way specially him to make my stay so desireable. Honestly these guys are something else. They taught me places for each thing thats best situated for the task in hand. They taught me what to look out for. When ever i need water or towels or anything they would treat me like royalty. Words couldnt surfice the level of customer service i got thats how good it was. Before i came to this hotel i was in business bay at a 5 star hotel which was out standing bare in mind the price was high. However Tanim and his colleague are far more proffessional and courteous. They are 100% under paid. They delivered so much compassion and love to the service. The first apartment I was allocated to didnt feel good. I asked them if I could have a different one. Not only did they change it they upgraded me to bigger and better one for free. No exaggeration, my stay was originally for 23 days i ended up staying for nearly 60 days soley cause I felt like I was home probz even better getting the royalty treatment. I had occured a problem with the telly it was just my luck. I was affraid that I would be liable not knowing the small prints. However I took the leap of faith and informed them of the problem. Withing 30mins they investigated the problem, they had out lined few options of solution. At the end they removed the old telly and brought in a bigger better smart telly free of charge. The list can go on, so my message to the world. What you pay for you will get more back in service and facilities. However my message to management and ceo keep the rate same to your customers and increase the employment wage to your staff. Tanim and his team are the face and back bone of your branch and are giving you execellent reputation.

They were really welcoming even before the check in. We asked if we could have some packages delivered there before check in and they agreed. Then the day we arrived (we were in the process of moving to our apartment) we came with lots of stuff and Iftaker and his working mates helped us to bring everything upstairs saving us much time and even more effort. During the stay they were really kind, Iftaker was always there with a smile and when the day of checking out came, he arranged us a last minute transport for us and our stuff to our final apartment. He even made sure we arrived safely later on, 10/10 to Iftaker and his team, we felt like home during the 5 days stay and it was just incredible how welcoming and helpful they were. We are incredibly satisfied from beginning to end.
