The staff shine with their politeness and responsiveness—special mention to Remo and Asif for their accommodating service during check-in and throughout our stay. While the check-out process took longer than expected, the team handled delays apologetically and professionally, ensuring minimal inconvenience. Highlights: • Rooms: Clean, modern apartments with kitchenettes and balconies. • Location: A 3-minute walk to Mall of the Emirates and metro access. • Amenities: Rooftop pool, 24/7 front desk, and grocery delivery options. Despite the checkout hiccup, the staff’s genuine efforts and prime location make this a solid choice for both short stays and extended visits

Apartment was huge, 6 beds for 3 of us (2bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms). Bed was large and comfortable. Sheets were clean and soft. Location was great!

Friendly staff and comfortable rooms. I like the size of flats. Beds clean and comfortable. Fast check-in process. Plenty of car parking spaces. Very close to restaurants and supermarkets. Close to Mall of the Emirates. Furniture well maintained.
