Convenient location, enjoyed marina view with the upgrade, spacy living area and rooms, full toiletries of acceptable standard, except for toilet papers which looked very cheap. All staff are very friendly and polite especially in restaurant and reception, to mention names; Mahmoud and Omar. Breakfast could have been better with more bread varities, cakes or oriental desserts e.g. Baklava and Um-Ali

Amazing hotel, spacious, clean, lovely pool for the children. Great breakfast with lots of variety. Thank you to the very hard working chef working Mon/Tues/Wed (didn't catch his name) for making delicious eggs, omelettes, pancakes and waffles. Beautiful spacious 2 bedroom apartment with a lovely balcony and view of marina. Thank you Thida for the free upgrade and looking after us. Thank you to Aslam in reception area for booking a great desert Safari and Wild wadi for us (highly recommend). Brilliant location, nice chilled out area of Marina, not overly busy. Minor suggestions would be please check shower screen sealant as water was leaking in both bathrooms. Also rooms could really do with some pegs to hang clothes. Overall though very happy and would definitely return

The staff was very very friendly, helpful and kind, always greeted us with a huge smile. Made us feel very nice throughout all our stay there. Nice breakfast with Marina view, nice spacious apartment. Would return any time to this place .

The service is excellent. Very helpful porters and the front desk. The view could have been a bit better from a deluxe room. Basically, apartments on that side face the Marina Mall and other tall buildings and you only see a bit of water from a crack in between two buildings and this is only when you specifically put your chair down on the balcony to face that direction. The hotel room was very clean, toiletries are topped up every day, they also provide coffee machine capsules and the rest every day. Some bits inside the room were a bit shabby and the cooker is very old and takes some time to heat up. Overall, it’s still great value for money and the service is amazing, which makes you come back again

The location was excellent! At the Dubai Marina, 10 minutes walk to the JBR beach walk and metro/ tram. Spacious modern apartments with a great balcony. The staff were so friendly and attentive.

The location is perfect on the marina and only a 5 minute walk to Marina Mall. A 10 minute walk will have you at JBR and the beach. Also a very short walk to Sobha Realty Metro Station which will take you to most of the places worth visiting. The staff are amazing, so friendly and very helpful. We had a one bedroom apartment which comes with 3 balconies and means you can sit in the sun all day as the sun moves. We would love to go back soon.
