Beautiful hotel apartment near the metro station. The hospitality of the staff was amazing which made the stay even more pleasant. Special thanks to Anas, Madara and Ramadan - you guys are WONDERFUL. Will come back again for sure.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable and the pool area was nice and private. We had the full board option and the staff at Brambles were great, along with the food and speed of service. We were granted a late check out and given a free room upgrade which was fantastic! The staff went above and beyond for us which we are extremely grateful for.

We often goto Dubai and the team are so lovely it may not be the most glamorous of places to stay in dubai but because of this, it's location and quietness make it the only place we really want to stay.

I've been staying at the Citadines for a few years now every time I visit Dubai. The location is great and very central - also its right by the metro so very convenient when you want to avoid traffic! The staff are all lovely - from Angelene, Madara, Ibrahim, Saidur, Ramadan, Saidur, Anas, Foday and ALL the bellboys. They go out of their way to help you and make you feel at home. They cleaning staff are also very good and always found my room very clean. April from the Coffee Shop is also lovely. Also enjoy training at the gym and they have special programs which you need to sign up for in advance.

Location, friendly and professional staff! We had issues with first apartment but Mr. Ramadan quickly resolved it and gave us a new apartment which we were very satisfied with!
